Evergreen House Surgery

The doctors and staff at Evergreen House Surgery in North London are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side.

New patient appointments

To register at the practice you will need to visit the surgery in person with a photo ID such as a passport or drivers license and two proofs of address such as a utility bill or bank statement that is no older than 3 months.

You will then be asked to fill out the paperwork and will be required to have a new patient health check to complete your registration.

New patient registration checks are by appointment only, on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, as well as on Monday evenings with a Bulgarian speaking staff member.


The surgery has access to Language Line interpreters by telephone, in addition to the languages spoken by the practice staff. Please ask at reception.


Please do not hesitate to ask to be accompanied by a chaperone if the clinician you are seeing tells you an intimate examination is needed. Please ask at reception for more information.
